Have you tried laying in a sunbeam?

How about doing something. Maybe it will tire you out.

It’s your own fault! You were told to lay off the catnip or you’d be caterwauling for hours!

I am eagerly looking forward to the follow up strip for this, because my wife is having the exact same problem.

I got more than 6 hours sleep — uninterrupted— last night! That may be a record.

Is something bothering you? That would be almost unheard of. :)

Bleeb suggests sleeping in a new place. The bill basket, the bread box, or, say, have you tried snoring? :)

    I’ve ordered you an RX…..

    Catnip!

After a few hours you’ll be so tired you’ll sleep 22 hrs again! Guaranteed.

I know a Golden retriever who sleeps 23 hours a day. She will fall asleep on breaks when we do dog therapy. My almost-double-her-age beagle never falls asleep at work, or on break. She takes a long nap when we get home instead. The golden was here for a few days once, and she really does sleep what seems to me an extreme amount of time. She’s not used to walks, and a one mile walk twice a day (way reduced from what we are used to) just wore her out.
