    two choices for him… he can keep being a pampered purse dog or he can bark.

    Because owners of pampered purse dogs don’t want dogs that ‘bark’.

    I have 3 German Shepherds. Two of them never barked. Then one day they just started. One was 3, and the other almost 3, and they started out of nowhere.

    Poor Poo Poo. It’s not his fault, humans turned through selective breeding what once was a proud wolf-dog into a little lap dog and they probably on purpose chose parents who had hoarse barks to make sure he would never be a loud barker and could be a perfect society dog.

    My cat Felix was 3 before he meowed. And he scared himself so badly he didn’t meow for another 3 years.
