It’s the fall from grace.

Why, of course! Dogs go to heaven, so there must be trees for them two relieve, sticks to retrieve and squirrels to chase.

The image can be explained thusly: it’s just a guy dressed as an angel walking around in winter. That’s snow, not a cloud. The leaves are coming from a nearby tree.

All good leaves go to heaven .

Cute idea, but impossible. In Heaven (as outlined in the Bible) the is no death of any kind. None at all.
