I smoke cigars and drink bourbon with my son in law. We’re happy. And nothing freezes.

I’ve worried about that since I was three.

He is such a fun father, all fathers should be like Roger.

So thankful that football was never a tradition in my family.

And you know what the sad part is? They’ll still be freezing even when they go back into the house!

Sha-doo-bee-doo, shattered, shattered.

Many years ago my husband and I and another couple traveled to Chicago to watch the Bears play at Soldier Field on a cold January day with temperatures below zero. If any footballs were going to shatter from the cold it would have been then. Brrrr.

I usually try to catch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in the morning but usually loses my interest after a few minutes.

It was -10 C (14 F) today, and they’re forecasting even colder this weekend.

Pray you were adopted!
