Critters are smarter then we give them credit. I always catch critters in my home (if they let me) last week I saw a huge cricket by my fridge. I grabbed a glass and it let me put it over it, I’m old and it escaped 3 times but it still allowed me to recapture it 3 times…reward…I took it outside and it lived and I’m rewarded

The third wife gave birth a few days later, but the chief kept the details a secret. He built this one a two story teepee, made out of a hippopotamus hide. The chief then challenged the tribe to guess what had occurred.
Many tried, unsuccessfully. Finally, one young brave declared that the third wife had given birth to twin boys.
“Correct,” said the chief. “How did you figure it out?”
The warrior answered, “It’s elementary. The value of the squaw of the hippopotamus is equal to the sons of the squaws of the other two hides.”
Maybe this sounds weird but some years ago I read a book where it said that elephants have a larger brain than humans so maybe they’re more intelligent. But they can’t communicate with us because of their vastly different bodies.

With those 6 feet of horn the kudu must be as much as 10 or 11 feet tall from ground to the tip of the horns.
