Wouldn’t it make more sense if the said “He’s new money, but he’s OLD new money”?

All day long, I had the strangest feeling that it was Thursday.
It actually IS Thursday, which is why it was strange.
I eventually figured out that it felt like a Wednesday that felt like a Thursday.
I needed to mention that, and this seemed like the best place to do it.
