I’m surprised he doesn’t just stomp on them! That’s what they’re doing to us!

No, they all do as they are told.

Ants don’t take bribes, either.

Only the ants from the same party get along. When two or more parties of ants congregate all ants agitate and assassinate.

A senator wouldn’t partake in such cruelty.

The ants “get along and work together” because they know if they don’t, they’ll be put out of the nest and left to die. Either contribute or die. The senator may not have good intentions, but don’t depict this “society” as a perfect world. Sounds too much like communism.

Online definition: Communism seeks to create a classless society by replacing private ownership with public control of major production means, aiming for equal wealth distribution.

As of 2021, the remaining Communist countries include China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam, each with unique adaptations of communist governance.

Communism is criticized by Western nations for leading to restrictive, state-controlled economies and diminishing personal and financial freedoms due to its totalitarian nature.

In other words, we can have any of this getting along and working together stuff.

If you see a whole pile of those little brown “pavement ants”, and some of them look like they are paired off end-to-end, they’re fighting. They may look alike to us, but if they are of different “families”, they will fight until the death, then the winners will haul away the bodies of the losers to feed on.

The magnifying glass would convert the ant colony into the US Senate.
