It is rather odd, probably better than a pickled egg. BUT chances are that house will get egged tonight

More like a bad joke. You could have got zucchini instead.

When I was a kid,people handed out pennies and toothbrushes.Those houses got egged and TP’d.

I love Pickles. All types. Plant Zucchini and Squash. Love em mixed. Late wife made the best Zucchini bread ever. Best cook ever but I miss her more daily. I thank the Great Lord for her often during the day. She and my Mom were best friends. I was out numbered and loved it.

Perhaps they can give it to Mother Gargle to help keep her disposition sour?

the trick is thinking they’re getting candy… perhaps it’s time for you to treating yourself by giving them a trick of your own. :D

I would throw it back and let them make the call. I as a parent, would throw it away. Not individually wrapped and sealed by a reputable company for starts but for kids, that is just totally wrong……

It depends how you feel about pickles.

My guess is the homeowners ate all the Halloween candy and they had to start grabbing anything they could! But If it was a Clausen whole dill those are the good stuff! Hopefully that wasn’t Brutus and Gladys because the last thing a born loser needs is his house TP’ed!

I hope it was at lease wrapped up, they can get a little sloppy otherwise.

Our HOA does not allow trick or treating. I didn’t really like that rule, but now I kind of enjoy the quiet. When I told my daughter that it’s not allowed here, she told me that should be illegal. She loves all the chaos. I went out with them last year, and the kids had a great time. It was really cold last Halloween after dark.

I love pickles, but I’d rather have Twix bars, Reese’s, and Snickers.
