Grandma Schadenfreude

Nelson will remember this lesson the next time Grandma loses something and he knows where it is.

I had a grandmother that would ‘lose’ her glasses in the same manner.

Hasn’t he done that to her before?

My best “forgotit” was taking my paperback to the fridge to get some cheese then coming back to my chair to find the paperback missing. Took FAR too long to think of looking in the cheese drawer…

Since I don’t wear glasses, the closest I have come to that is looking for my house keys while I had them in my hand. (Car fob is separate and stays in my pocket.)

Has happened to my wife, except she was actually wearing them, ahh good times.

Funny. Made me laugh.

I guess most of us have been there. My wife just the other day, same thing.

I’ve done that myself.

He loses his glasses on top of his head AGAIN?

In the words of Fred Mertz…“If they’d been a snake, they’d have bitten me!” :-)

Opal needs the exercise too.

This is my wife! She is constantly losing either her phone or glasses around the house – and she has two pairs of glasses and two different cell phones!

That’s just CRUEL

Am , I the one one that is wondering where the precious Roscoe has been lately ? : (

My wife has only HALF-jokingly suggested that I put an AirTag on my glasses.

“…There’s nothing good on TV.” Is she speaking of right now, or a general, permanent condition? If the latter, I’ll vote with her. We gave away our last TV in about 2008, and haven’t missed it.

This just repeats what happened a while back with Opal. In this case, “there’s no sport in it.”

With your new hearing aids, can’t you hear them say “I’m on your forehead, you idiot!”?

And, it’s not likely he’s recording Carl Sagan or Neil deGrasse Tyson.

The first place I look is on top of my head.

I was on the bus with a friend and she couldn’t find her glasses (up on her head). I thought she was referring to another pair so I asked her did she mean the ones on her head or another pair.

Brian Crane’s also becoming forgetful.

Opal has a huge cruel streak in her.

Although it isn’t dated as such, this is likely a re-run …… or …at least the concept has been used before.
