Never was a fan of naps when I was the twins age. Now I’m totally like, “Dear Naps, I’m sorry I was such a jerk to you when I was a kid!”

If I don’t get my nap in the afternoon, I can’t sleep at night.

Who has time for a nap? Not me, that is a certainty.

I have chronic drug-resistant insomnia, so a 15-min. lie down is critical. I rarely fall asleep, but something gets cleared out.

I don’t take naps. Sleep just lowers my eyelids while I’m at the computer, on the cellphone or reading a book. Never happens while I’m doing dishes, vacuuming…Hm-m-m-m!

It’s not naps that adults want. What adults would like is to not NEED a nap.

Only an old person finally “gets” why it was so good to be a kid.
