She’ll never say yes again.

Same sort of irritation I had last week. There’s one counter at the bookstore for sending packages and two for other things. But then you always have people that have a package and then 10 other things that could have easily been dealt with at the regular counters. But No, they just go to the package counter and proceed to hold up the line there, while the other two counters don’t have any line at all. While if they would go to the regular counter first, they would just deal with the regular stuff first and then scoot over to the package counter to deal with that package.

..experience is a cruel master..

Unfortunately, it’s the people waiting in line that are being punished!

“Hey, look! She’s doing returns over there! Run before the line gets too long!”

Just is a funny word.

“Sorry, no; company policy” (Sure hope my manager backs me up when the complaint comes in!)

and we are punished with no funny signs
