Thinking ahead, Mitty. I like it.

My cats are fine with the floor. They were twining all over the kitchen, begging Dad for ham.

Our boys aren’t getting new marshmallow beds. They’re getting a new tunnel, some jingle toys, some little spring toys they like to bat under the sofa and a box of catnip knives covered in ‘blood’. They have some but they, too, end up in the sofa. Blackjack loves them – I think he’s watched too many Dexter episodes.

My cats don’t eat my snacks, and I don’t keep their snacks in the living room.

I wonder what Mitty’s resume does look like – I bet it is very interesting, lengthy and full of unsubstantiated claims.

One of my cats is companionable. Even when she sleeps in another room, she picks a spot with a sightline to where she can see me – in case I do something interesting, like go for a walk. :)

My girls are getting the organic wheat grass. They love to chew it. Probably more than they like catnip.

When we moved back to Texas i got Truder a marshmallow pillow. For a while he was always in it (it was by my desk) but then he started moving between several ‘favored’ spots. I guess even a favorite spot can get uncomfortable when your bones are aching.
