Sorry, Jason. When it comes to Valentine, it’s a lose-lose situation!

I didn’t need to worry about the size of my shoebox. I never got any valentines in school.

I don’t remember having to bring in a shoe box. It wasn’t like moving out of the office.

Meh. Playing hard to get only works if the girl is attracted to you in the first place. Paige would be very happy if Morton Goldthwait “played hard to get” and ignored her. Also, essentially begging for a girl’s attention hardly makes you attractive to her.

Jason, you’re going to like them germy card giving girls someday.

Why is he mad at his brother? Peter just gave him some advice.

Why is Foxtrot suddenly running holiday-themed strips two weeks early? They did the same with Groundhog Day. The Christmas and New Year’s strips ran when they should have, though.

Ah, those were the days

Even by the time of this strip, grade schools required you give everyone in the class a Valentine. What made Jason think his scheme would work then? And what was the point of Peter’s statement?

One year one of my kids made his own Valentine cards to give to his classmates. The principal confiscated them and called me to the office to show me his demonic cards.

They were zombie themed. And very well made!

I can just see Eileen getting some epic revenge with this…

I think the Barbie shoe box might have worked, for me.
