Why the apostrophe in “mom’s”?

That’s what I like about being retired. Monday mornings are just like every other morning – get up when you want; read this cartoon and others for a while, eat a leisurely breakfast, and do what you want.

Moms aren’t allowed to have Mondays. They can’t be tired. They can’t be sick. Moms are Superwoman!

My mom gave piano lessons from her home when she isn’t teaching at the music and arts school Monday through Friday so her weekends are booked and she started taking Mondays off (just 1/2 day at the school) and calls it Mom’s Mondays.

Friday the 13th comes on a Thursday this year….

Does this mean that it takes Wanda all of Sunday to get them ready for Monday?
