How ‘Tommy Bartlett’s Water Ski & Jumping Boat Thrill Show’ first got its start.

He’ll be lucky to get his tokus out of the water with that boat. He’ll be an anchor at the end of the tow rope.

I miss water-skiing. I used to be the best on the lake, 60 years ago. some times that feels like just yesterday.

Let me feel the breeze, ski king!

days seem to pass slowly but time passes in an instant.

Trolling for alligators.

And avoid the sharks.

It’ll take more horsepower to get him up. He’ll just drag in the water

I think she’s got it…..maybe

“If I wave my arm,come back and get me.”

We used to water ski on the Columbia River between Portland OR and Vancouver WA. It was SO much fun! Now people just get those wretched personal watercraft. Those things tear up the rivers and lakes and are a menace to anyone wanting to row canoes or kayaks. All they are is fast, loud and dangerous because of the people who fly around on them! Many are drunk! Ban PWCs and bring back water skiing! WooHOO!

Then give a thumbs down.

If he wipes out it’s gonna be painful, looks like the water only about 2 feet deep.

I remember getting my skis pointed down and heading toward the bottom of the Suwanee River.

Good times.

(Scared a few gators on the way.)

That boat won’t cut it. Neither will that Elgin 5 horse motor.

I know the feeling of sometimes things seem looong ago, sometimes just like yesterday.
