This reminds me of growing up with my sister and my mom not buying our lame excuses!

Jeez! Hammie just said it was an accident from trying to give Zoe a high-five! Ugh! What a total tyrant!

And probably done in response to something belittling that Zoe said. Wanda needs to do more investigation to find out what led up to the slap before punishing Hammie.

Zoe the whinger would whinge if he handed her a cookie. She finds fault way too easily and way too often to be any fun. If I was Mom, I might have asked Hammie what she did to deserve the swat before assuming (tho to assume Ham is guilty of something is NOT out of the realm ofreason, of course)..

It’s amazing the range of comments you get here. I gave all my best parenting advice before I had our son – and all that advice went right out the window when we were actually raising him.Turns out our son was/is perfect for us. Other peoples kids? I am SO GLAD those kids aren’t mine!Different kids require different parenting and I’m not going to second guess what parents choose to do to raise their kids.Parenting isn’t about making other people happy.I got plenty of dirty looks for putting our toddler son on a leash in public places – but I never lost that child who could be quick as lightening at times.It’s about looking at what you have and doing your best to raise some competent human beings.The critics need to chill.
