Don’t we all have days like that?

Why would you lock the door?

You’ll have durn cold feet.

probably on AI in our wonderful technological life. Time was we never locked them.

is that snow on the ground! That girl definitely has tolerance to cold to be walking barefoot in the snow.

Only has one pair of shoes?? No boots for snow by the door??

Why do you only have 1 pair of shoes?

Barefoot in the snow? This isn’t like the Flintstones!

My advice? Go back to bed (once she’s able to get back in.)

I just go out through the garage.

For a long time I lived in old houses that had a tendency to lock the doors whenever the spirit moved them. Sometimes they would lock behind me, sometimes they wouldn’t. I learned to ALWAYS take my keys with me whenever I went outside.

Its a gray moment.

Fortunately my route to the trash is through the garage & I can leave the door up until I come back.
