    I’ve never tried shoveling 2 feet of snow overhand over my shoulder. Wouldn’t maybe 25% of the snow on the shovel slide off on top of my head? But to each his own.

    It appears he is just throwing the snow behind him. At first I assumed it was her snow filling up the path behind him, but looking at the first panels it seems he is not throwing his snow off to the side at all.

    Kind of like just after the lowly unworthy peons finish shoveling The Count’s driveway a snow plow truck comes by and puts a three foot high wall of snow and ice at the end of it. Oops… apologies to the lowly unworthy peons for using the word “ICE”. Scares the bejesus out of the little amigos.
