Serve liver in a school cafeteria? Never heard of that happening. Might have somewhere but not in my school years or my teaching years.

Take the liver as long as it comes with bacon, onions, mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy…!

I’ll take the whole shebang, especially the gravy and the onions.

I have eaten liver many times. I have HAD liver that was done properly twice in 72 years. Once in a family restaurant 40 years ago in Brampton and once in a Corrections work farm in the 80’s.
