Love how Horace keeps his calm while Auntie is blowing up a storm. Those boys are quite the subservient puppies, with about as much finesse as an actual puppy. Horace’s stupid grin shows his over confidence in a scheme that is stumbling due to some incompetent bumbling.

I was wondering what she meant by “trilobites.” They don’t seem to be prehistoric or extinct or marine arthropods. Someone on Urban Dictionary offers “A person who is below average in everything, basically just sucks at living in general.” I suppose that’s the general idea.

In fairness to her, that is the typical female reaction to a date with Firestrike!

Interesting insult. I would have guessed that only geologists and paleozoologists would have heard of trilobites. Maybe some of their friends.

Yeah, not like the body had fingerprints or DNA or matched the description of missing person reports or anything like that.

She called upon one of the many insults in her repertoire !

The recurring inconsistency. Does Horace want the body identified as his own or not? We’ve had it presented both ways. We have no idea why he thinks the body could be IDed as him, and stealing the body would keep that from happening. OTOH, with DNA testing what it is, bodies remaining unidentified are no longer as common as they used to be. Do they want the body taken or not? Even as an incompetent coroner as we’ve been shown can’t ID a missing corpse. Why say it doesn’t matter that they failed to take it? If it doesn’t matter why try and take it?
