No need to worry guys. Just try to remember that it’s a ‘dry’ heat.

If you finish a 10K in under 8 hours you are walking and will get you license to mosey revoked.

Pack a lot of food & water, it will take several days to mosey 10K.

Remember this “race” is not a race — once someone starts racing, they are disqualified.

Fun fact: “dry gulch” is actually a provincial park in canada

It’s okay to amble a little, but be sure not to break into a sashay.

I trained for a marathon with a guy (friend) who was very serious about his running. One run he asked me “How do you want to do this run?”

I said “Let’s start out easy, then taper off!” I and the other trainee thought it was hilarious. He didn’t especially see the humor. But like I said, he was pretty serious about it.

It’s the person who gets there last that wins

He was disqualified for ambling.

This is the mosey’s walked in years.
