Sorry to use an inappropriate page to ask, but why have the majority of political comics failed?

Anybody else missing John’s political cartoon today? I’m also missing Rob Rogers — and Little Dog Lost. When it was just the political strips I assumed it was censorship, but LDL makes that less likely.
