No, he’s holding his stomach. He’s feeling kinda urpy.

Those hockey pucks keep going back and forth from braces to big guy

ROTFL! Really!

The story get more lame every day. Another day passes and the story still going nowhere Grok is right! Who the hell us BRUTE Force? Isn’t it Magnum Force? Shouldn’t Locher know this? Robo-Tracy still sporting the warpaint like Chief Wahoo. Are his arms too short to reach the other? Maybe “little” robo tracy in the Joey Pouch will come out to scratch his “itch” The Breast Implants, er, I mean eh, the Mag Tapes still getting passed around like the Hot Potato. Where are all of Braces henchmen? Where is Sacastica DeVille?

I think Braces and his gang will run right into the arms of Tracy and his backup. That clears the floor for the one-on-one we’ve been anticipating. I’d hate to see MF (or BF as he is now called) get torn limb-from-limb (or rack-from-pinion), but I fear it’s inevitable.

“Are you scared”? Braces said out loud as a sinister grin formed on his lips. He already knew what the answer would be. “Nobody messes with you, Brute force”! Braces was tired of hiding his true feelings for Magnum Force. He hoped that by calling him “Brute” MF would realize the love he had for him. It might be his last shot at true happiness. “Sensrs say bg trbl”. MF hated having to talk like he was an idiot. He hoped that pretending to be a fool would discourage that hidious Braces from spending anymore time with him than needed. Hearing Braces call him Brute Force made him want to vomit! He really wanted to crush him like a cockroach. MF knew he needed to get rid of Braces before he put a serious beating on him. “Take stoln data and run! I must fight”! It took all of the inner strength he could muster not to fling those stupid hockey pucks at Braces. MF hoped Braces would somehow get killed on the way out. “What’s going on”? Why was Brute baby making him leave? Braces would rather die next to his love then live his life without him. If only he could make MF understand.

Way to get into the characters’ heads, Bassman! You don’t suppose that Braces wants to do the same thing with MF that Basil wants to do with Brenda? Shades of Blade Runner! Wonder if MF can pass the Turing test.

Reminds me of a play - “Your Arm’s Too Short to Box with God” - a way of saying Braces and MF may be takin’ on more than they can handle - or hndl, as the case may be -

For those of you who don’t recall, Braces proclaimed, when he received this hunk-of-junk in the mail, that it’s name was “Mangum-Force”, and then said “I will call him Brute for short!”. I remember it because it was the stupidest thing that I heard on that particular day of my life.

I wonder if Braces is asking “What’s going on?” or if that is supposed to be a reader of the comic strip. How did MF get all that booty from Braces??

So that’s what “srng sgnls” are. It’s two criminals standing around the scene of the crime, handing the loot back and forth amongst each other until the police show up. Couple of evil geniuses right here.

Most dangerous phrase in DT - “What’s going on?” We have already had a month-long explanation of every action, feeling, and thought Braces has ever had. If someone doesn’t know at this point, I definitely don’t have the energy to listen to Braces repeat his explanation. Really only need about one or two sentances to get up to speed, so let’s hope this doesn’t drag out.

I still don’t think Locher has read yesterday’s installment before writing today’s. I could be wrong, but it seems unlikely.

I recall reading that some cartoonists do a week at a time before sending it in, that would help the story flow better.

What? Are they like now on opposite sides of the door? I thought Tracey and his robo-pal were on the other side of town at the station!
