I was registered on both sites, and recently got the pro tag. I just thought it was because I reached a certain number of comments. Or because somebody noticed that I was just that good. And humble.

Everybody who “came over” from Comics.com got a complementary three-month trial as “Pro.” (Including those of us that were already spending more time on Gocomics.com.)

I’ve been paying here for a few years, and was paying over on Comics.com until it went free. If you didn’t get Pro status when you came over, maybe it’s because you are using your old account here, instead of the one created by moving over.

Have you clicked through the “Welcome Comics.com people!” link on the main page yet? I got Pro here when they merged my two accounts through that link – and I wasn’t a paying pro on either site.
