Hmm. The folks in the coach section, or is it working class (as rraazz mentioned), are rowing the wrong direction. They need their backs toward the front. And they better row awfully fast to keep the plane in the air heh heh.
Does it have to be a sociopolitical screed? I look at it and see a slam at airlines for the nature of flying coach, and the general lack of customer service.
“Up Front are the 99% – Those in the back are the 1%”
I don’t believe for a moment that this is supposed to be a political metaphor, but if it were, it only makes sense as the exact opposite of what you’re suggesting.
I flew Air Afrique from Paris to NIamay, Niger tourist class. In flight meal was water and a box of animal crackers.
Return leg was First Class. Drinks while waiting to take off, appetizers, salad, soup, Standing Prime Rib with roast vegetables, dessert cart, all with appropriate wines, cigars and brandy afterwards.

This is malarkey! Coach seats don’t afford as much room as those guys rowing have! lol

The Romans are in First Class. Charleton Heston as Ben Hur is with the galley slaves in coach.
