Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
So many twists and turns in this storyline makes for a great strip. Thanks team Tracy for keeping the Gould legacy alive and well. This new villian is indeed interesting. I just canât figure out what he is up toâŚat least not yet!
Once again I hear those three musical notes, âDA Da daaaaâ only in panel two this time. Just left him for dead in the parking lot. I guess killing him inside the aquarium or having him just disappear would raise too much suspicion.
So, Phishface is a self-confessed murderer and Chum Lee is his in-the-dark partner-in-[some kind of]-crime! Well, that makes things much clearer, though it doesnât help Arthur Curry any. What kind of hideout in the aquarium, and where exactly?
An aquarium seems an unlikely place to hide. Theyâre full of employees during the day and alarmed at night. But hey, Iâll go with it. Not quite sure why John Russco and âStill Da man!â are having such negative reactionsâŚ
Number 11 once again..whatâs a guy gotta do to crack the top ten in these parts? By the way Phishface, just because data has been deleted doesnât mean it hasnât been backed up somewhere.
Well, I guess thereâs no question that heâs a bad guy. It might have been a better idea to feed the corpse to the big fish in the aquarium but lots of these villains arenât so bright are they?
Seventeen today! well, i guess OUR mystery is solved⌠phishface isnt as nice a guy as he seemed in the beginningâŚ. murderer and who knows WHAT else! five more weeks til the conclusion of this story.. i hope it kicks into high gear soon and doesnt stop til it HAS to! btw, with his hunchback, phishface looks a tad bit like the mole to me
Oh boy. This strip is going to look very different very soon, with Tracyâs Retirement coming up in the spring, Sammi being demoted from Detective to âOfficer,â Lieutenant Teevo currently being digested by a house plant, Liz pulling a disappearing act, and the foolhardy âPOPS,â acting Chief of Police or more aptly âPiece of Cha-lief.â. The dude does nothing but smile, thatâs about it. . That is if you donât count switching his two-way wrist-watch from one hand to the other, mid-sentence..âSPOT THE ERRORâ from way back in that first week of his re-appearance. He starts talking with his handy-dandy zapper on one wrist and the next second, (on the very next dayâs strip); the watch is on the other hand. Presto-Chang-O!.OOPS..I started by saying Dick Tracyâs Retirement. I meant itâs rumored that the Dick Tracy comic strip will retire Early Spring 2013..Oh, no
âBatman Returnsâ was indeed a huge rip-off.The whole âPenguin runs for mayorâ sub-plot (including the kidnapping staged by one of his goons, where the Penguin rescues a baby) was taken straight from the âHizzoner The Penguinâ 2-part story on Batman with Adam West! The best thing about that film was that it was Tim Burtonâs last Batman movie.
Wonder just what theyâre up to.I donât know about having a hiding place in the basement of an aquarium, with all that water overhead⌠Guess itâs just a touch of claustrophobia on my part.

WThe plot thickens! What this odd couple of crooks could be doing hiding in the aquarium? They remind to me De Vito and Schwarzenegger in Twins!

I hope theyâre not hiding out in a compression chamberâŚ
And Surfer Dude works at the aquarium?
And thereâs an aquarium, restaurant, and movie theater that kinda blend into each other?

The best part of that film was when THE END appeared on the screen.
