I gave up the exercise bike for dancing. I’m maintaining the weight loss and it’s so much more enjoyable. Dance every day and you will never have to “workout” again.
I broke a bottom bracket axle while riding to work one morning. The guys in the bike shop were so impressed! Sadly, it was due to a flaw in the metal rather than massive strength in my legs.

“…the cycle of abuse.”
Doesn’t appear to me that his abs have gotten much use.

For Christopher, it always was a pain to use: it was a cycle of self-abuse.

Yeah… you’re gonna need a bigger bike.

I broke my cycle of abuse in just this manner. I managed to glue it back together with JB Weld. So far it’s holding!

Cycle of abuse fits well. A therapist got a little upset when I called their equipment implements of torture.
