Oooooo! I’ll have two Nutty Buddies, three orange cream cycles, and one Ice cream sandwich.

The playing stopped in my neighborhood when we heard the Ding-a-ling music on the next street. We all ran in the house, and anxiously waited by the curb.

Instead of using milk on your cereal use ice cream.

Put ice cream on a pancake, waffle, or French toast. Then fold it over and eat it like a taco.

A little ice cream on a toaster pastry.

A friend and her mom loved waffles with a scoop of vanilla and a generous dollop of apple butter. I tried it—it’s delicious.

Bacon ice cream!!!

When I was a little kid, our favorite hero wasn’t some athlete or a teacher. It was the Good Humor guy!

Gawds, how I miss ice cream trucks that just went “Ding dinga ding.” Now from March through October, I hear the ghastly synth tracks of “The Entertainer” and “Music Box Dancer” and “La Cucaracha” blasting for eight or ten minutes at a time, five or six times a day.

No comments to the rather clever reference to the ‘Bad English’ song ‘I Melt With You’? Come to think of it, the song wasn’t very clever.

I have a quirky nephew who used to prefer his corn flakes with orange juice instead of milk …

he’s now an emergency room physician …!

He’s seen the sprinkles and they’re getting better all the time.
