You can also call it or spell it National Doughnut Day. Just do not call it or confuse it with National Do Not Day or National Do Nothing Day.

I was eatin’ some broccoli yesterday, and got all choked-up ‘cause I didn’t chew it good. At the time, all I could think about was… I’ll bet a donut wouldn’t have done this!

Donuts at the Polling Stations!!

As my departed father said now and again:

“As you go through life dear brother, let this be your goal:

Keep your eye upon the donut, and not upon the hole."

My eyes are completely glazed over from all of the political adds. Donut let today pass without ensuring your vote counts. You can only vote once for the president, but when it comes to (s)electing your favorite donut, vote early & often :-)

I really should look for my mother’s doughnut recipe and make a batch.
