Hey, Triple D or Jim D., what is the procedure for a missing person? Do they normally surround the house with tape and call it a crime scene while looking for signs of foul play? As far as I know Vincent Vinyl is just not at home and nobody knows where he is. What “crime scene” is there? Are they looking for ransom notes, suicide notes, taping the phone in case kidnappers call, what? Is there anybody else living in the house other than the dog?

I didn’t know that Mumbles was part of a quartet (see poster on wall).

Oh, no! Tess crosses paths with Dick, on the job! Why do these collectors always disappear under mysterious circumstances? The insurance investigator may, for the moment, have more of legitimate case than the city cop, but this is a bit awkward. I suppose they will be forced to collaborate….
