Punjab can be very convincing!

So the conclusion of the final Annie storyline has been taking place in Dick Tracy for some time now?

Interesting.

My “Love IT” comment was directed at the Punjab & Pouch encounter…THEN, I read Pequod’s poem! LOVE ’EM, BOTH!

Last Sunday, I mused that when Punjab (and his sword) came looking for information, Pouch would be eager to please. Considering the look on his face, I might be right!

Morning, all!-Today’s strip is a gem on so many levels.I’m looking forward to what happens with the group working in teams, with Tracy and Warbucks, Sam and the Asp, and Lee (checking out Punjab?), Lizz and Punjab (who has just become one of my favorite characters). That classic meeting of Punjab and Pouch!Great art (especially like the details to Punjab’s outfit and turban).Plus an interesting Crimestoppers.Worth staying up late!(Okay, I’m off to bed! G’night, all!)

Some people figured out some days ago that Pouch was going to play and informant role in this case. Congratulations for that prediction.

I like the way Tracy’s speech bubble continues across the panel break. It probably could have been one big panel, but the artist has to allow for an alternate layout.

Indeed, Punjab looks very convincing. Pouch had better co-operate, for his own good. So, I suppose The Asp is going somewhere with Sam?

Every day I read this story, I enjoy it more and more. Punjab wielding his knife at Pouch — great panel! I think Pouch will now spill his guts.Also, great work once again, Pequod77!

Y’almost gotta feel sorry for Pouch. That’s a lot of intimidation.

I didn’t mention before, thanks for the poem, Pequod. Another good piece of work, and very timely!

“Yii!” isn’t the half of it, Pouch. On the other hand, you may soon be the half of it, if you don’t cooperate, because Punjab isn’t just trying to scare you with his blade. It’s good to see the Warbucks enforcers in action again! I trust the Asp will be just as efficient, in his way, as the giant Punjab is. There should be plenty of information spilled to the MCU in the next few days; or else something else will be spilled….

That last panel is the finest rendition of Punjab I have ever seen!

I’ve always wondered how Punjab avoids cutting his own hand when he holds that sword the way he is holding it in the last panel.Lizz and Lee will sort of have to “look the other way” while Punjab extracts information from the hapless Pouch. This is where the methods of Tracy and Company will (or might) clash with the methods of Punjab and the Asp!

I suspect Pouch will now give “Memsahib Lizz” his undivided attention. Also, thanks for your rhyme, Pequod77!

Leave it to Go Comics ad splasin’ which in this readers humble opinion is getting more intrusive to get in the way of a good story and a great poem. Thank your Go Comics kids.LoL.

Joe, Mike, Jim, Shelley and Shane are still the best syndicated comic strip team working today. I love that we get to know who is working on each aspect of this strip. That wasn’t always true. In the past it was common for only one or two creators to get credit. BRAVO team Tracy!!!

Pouch better talk or Punjab is going to pop all his balloons.

This is the old Sunday Funnies I remember as a child… sort of …

Yet another fantastic Sunday strip from Team Tracy. The Annie crossover story is off to a fast start with both Am and Pouch supplying information to aid the search. I’m looking forward to seeing Sam and Asp strike fear into the heart of some wretched wrongdoer. The world of Tracyville continues to grow in complexity. I suspect Pouch will quickly tell all he knows. He’d like to save his skin and get back to the Sunday comics.

The CIA might just take a page from Punjab’s enhanced interrogation methods. You don’t need a stinking ole board and a bucket of water. Plus, this is much quicker and you can do many times the interrogations in the same time.

“Don’t know how things work where you come from, Punjab, but around here, we don’t ordinarily brandish deadly weapons around informants.”

Wonder if Pouch keeps a fresh pair of undies in his pouch? He looks like he might need a change about now…

We’ve found Annie, she’s in the top right panel of the cartoon!If Tracy would just climb up and over from the middle section, he could grab her and the dog and pull her back to the panel with Warbucks, Sam and Asp.Come on Tracy, think outside of the box.

Obviously all the dialogue would drop to the floor of the panel given your scenario.

I’ve thought of the perfect punchy name for this storyline: The Whites of Their Eyes.
