Got to admit, he looks disgustingly sinister in the second panel.

Ooh, a plan that would have both Dick Tracy AND Mr. Bribery wanting his scalp? Brilliant! But if he wanted to save some time Vortex could just shoot himself now.

Polar Vortex’s plan could work, or it could backfire on him. There was an episode of the second GI Joe cartoon in the 90s where the Joes and Cobra worked together to take down a drug ring. Imagine the MCU and Bribery’s gang teaming up to take down Polar’s crew.

I know why, but the constant cigarette smoke in the mouth really gets annoying to be at times.

I’m trying to figure out what that thing is in the upper left of all three panels. Does it represent icy air, or is it an object of some sort?

I know I’m alone in this sentiment. But this story is getting more Batty with each passing installment!

Super villains don’t necessarily have to have super powers, same as Batman doesn’t have super powers.

In the meantime, I’m noticing how Joe now likes to tilt the camera when viewing the villain’s den!

Was this Vortex’s plan initially or was it just a lucky break for him that Crystal and Honeymoon got involved?

“Crystal” Bribery…..well, she’s got the moniker, anyways, lol…..

Piotr Volkov is appallingly low-tech for a newbie-in-Tracyville would-be Drug Lord. The carousel slide projectors we had where I worked were long since replaced by a digital system (ironically, I would like to have one, though, as I still have a very large collection of slides I shot over many years). And his Nefarious Plot to hook Crystal and Honeymoon seems sure to fail in the long run. He is making a big mistake in aligning both Tracy and the MCU and Mr. Bribery against him! Maybe even Devil(ia) will bale when the Hard Times come! Polar Vortex is all bluster and little or no storm….

I sure hope they’re stay away from the girls

There are faster, less painful ways to kill yourself than getting the niece of a supervillain—particularly one who still has influence, even in jail—hooked on drugs.
