Walmart freak show at 11:00.

The hair curlers thing always intrigued me as a child. It was replaced by women wearing pajamas to go grocery shopping. “Throw your hands up in the air like you really just don’t care.”

Now don’t misunderstand. It’s not that she will be taking the curlers out to go to Cracker Barrel. Look close. It’s her Sunday go to town good curlers.

At Wal-Mart curlers are fancy dress.

Oh look!! They are on TV. Yup the bag on the head joke. Wonder what the gag is.

Mom didn’t wear many curlers, she used clips and slept in them. Sunday , her hair was so pretty and flouncy.

I once saw a woman out and about with her hair in hot rollers! I thought the whole idea of hot rollers was that you could get gussied up pretty quickly.

When I was a kid,, I went to the grocery store with my mother, and the ladies often had their hair in curlers or bobby pins I asked her why, and she said “So their hair will look nice.” It still puzzles me.

When you see someone at Walmart dressed wildly weird, is it acceptable to ask them ‘Is the circus in town?’???

People still wear curlers? I haven’t seen that in anyone under 80 in a very long time.

No-key dokey…?

Cracker Barrel would be a step up for them.
