Happy 100th Birthday, Charles Schulz!
Is Trudeau drawing dailies again?
Somebody needs to get credit for their timing! This was perfect!
Trudeau timed this perfectly. Good on you Gary.
100 years ago Charles M. Schulz was born.
Charles Schulz’s original name for his comic strip was “Li’l Folks.” The syndicate didn’t want to distribute it under that name, and renamed it “Peanuts,” a name Schulz never liked.
Li’l freaks found their way to the circus
It’s arcs like this that makes me grateful for the interruption this week.
Well played!
Truely, a magical day. Doonesbury done the Shultz way. …or maybe backwards, the other way.
Good take on Peanuts in the third cell. guys.
Today is National Cake Day. Might as well make it birthday cake!
Happy 100th B-day Charles Schulz…
Is that the one where Zonker was in an imaginary band called the Sopwith Airplane? :)
Is it actually a coincidence that this strip is shown on Charles Schulz’s 100th birthday? If so, that’s kind of amazing.
No coincidence that today is Charles Schulz’ 100th birthday…
For some reason several comics have Peanut characters embedded in the arc.
Cleverly done; kinda just slidin’ in that 3rd panel ;-)
Thank you Garry.
