Neither am I. One year, my SIL sent my brudder into the kitchen to make cookies, because she said he couldn’t wrap a present if his life depended upon it. I was selected to help wrap. Well, I wrap in the style of WYSIWYG. SIL took one look at the present I wrapped and said, “You’re worse than he is!” Whereupon my brudder leapt through the kitchen door and said, very proudly I might add, “She taught me everything she knows about wrapping!” I was banished to the kitchen to make cookies as well.
Husband wrapped the two gifts for his nieces. I will put the items he bought himself in gift bags (same ones used last year, year before…) and wrapping done. Those are the only gifts we buy. I can’t see wasting money buying things for me when there is nothing I want or need.
