O.M.G. I was working in a men’s haberdashery at the time when leisure suits came out. We all thought they were hideous, but they sold like hotcakes, and tailoring one was a breeze since there was no way to make one look good. Take in the waist a little if needed and hem the cuff and send them on their merry way.

Actually, Roger not burning that suit was a good thing. Do you know how many toxic chemicals would be released by burning a polyester leisure suit?

I lived through those days. Never had one of those.

I was looking over some old photos the other day, and I found one of me when I was 15 years old (1973). I was wearing red and white checkered bell-bottoms. I can’t believe I actually thought that looked good.

Those things don’t burn

It’s not really a leisure suit unless you wear it with the Full Cleveland (white tie, belt, and shoes).

I can say proudly that’s one fad I avoided

My wife bought me one. I wore it once just to please her.

Now that I am 75, I can dress just about any way I feel like and I don’t care who cares.

There was an old videogame called “Leisure Suit Larry”.

The lizard is hitting on her, or is that Jason speaking?

By any chance… Is Jason taking any kinds of medication?

And you thought Jon (from ‘Garfield’) and his suits were bad…
