Actually it makes me think of the line during the Vietnam War that āPeace is right around the cornerā. That went along with āThereās light at the end of the tunnelā. The Johnson and Nixon Administrations both made these optimistic pronouncements, as I recall. I think what they meant to say was āAround the corner thereās a tunnelā¦ā, or āAt the end of the tunnel thereās a cornerā.
