I seldom interact with the folks who call us wanting something (usually something we’d NEVER give them, given a choice)… but cold sales calls too. But I do interact, however briefly with the person whose nametag tells me what to call them as I check out.

It is very different. More importantly, it’s completely different from your book report, which was not assigned as a superficial book review.

Have work on this one a bit. Kinda got a twist in the middle.

One is a relatively objective rating, the other a personal opinion.

A, B, C, D, E? Is F for fail to traumatizing?

I went to school with a guy who gave a report on the same book every year. Since he never had the same teacher, he got away with it…

So, what is her real name?

Every entity expects grades now, for everything they do. Grade me.. you spent money in our store. Grade me.. I delivered your groceries. Grade me.. you spent hours in our emergency room (even if most of those hours were waiting in chairs.)And, every entity will be perfectly happy to tell you what their grade should be—5 stars (or a grade of 10 on a 1-10 scale with 10 being best.)

Does Frazz think elementary school is “Cheers”?

Apparently the kid knows nothing about online reviews.

When I was in grade school, all of my teachers had one of the 2 available first names: “Miss” or “Mrs.”.

And I shop in stores. I only shop online if I don’t expect to find it in a store.
