An interesting aspect to this adventure is that the villain is an obnoxious Australian, instead of a sideline-dad, an alcoholic mother or a dropout ex-student. Kitten is no substitute for Molly Kinsella. Is out-of-school underage tattooing any of Gil’s business? Does Doctor Pearl know or care?We should be getting Gil’s Xmas greeting tomorrow. I can hardly wait.
Out-of-school underage tattooing is sure Gil’s business, given the high likelihood that some busybody (cough cough Moon cough cough) will presume that since it’s team-related, it must be some manner of team initiation or hazing.
Will the missing Thorp kids be in the pre-Christmas strip? Will Gil and the storm troopers be surprised when they bust into the tat parlor and find Mimi stretched out with MOON PIE (with an arrow) inked across her stomach?
Uh oh… I am going to guess that this story line is going to end with someone learning a valuable lesson. Bowen has already learned that if you put your tattoo on your arm, you don’t have to walk around the school pulling your shirt off to show people.
…I predicted early on that Gil will be faced with the moral dilema of either allowing tatoos or enforcing his rule and having no depth……I’m sure he has some tight-ass rule about tatoos….but Kaz style ’burns are allowed apparently!

I’m interested to see who accompanies Gil to Milford ink – will it be Kaz or the chief of police?

Given the fact that we haven’t seen them for a while (boarding school?) will the Thorp kids be in the greeting this year or only Gil and Mimi?

I can’t wait to see if Marty thinks the “M” is for him. (And I’m guessing we see some kids this year in the holiday greeting)

All indications are we won’t ever see the kids again.

Doublepaw, he must have his back to Gil, maybe walking onto the court.

Actually Gil’s kids are now older than he is, may be in a nursing home by now.
