I guess you have heard this before, but this is ridiculous. Now a student has the hiring and firing power over an outside employee? And what the hell is Gil wearing in P1? Is that a combo bath robe/leisure suit? Even J. Peterman couldn’t describe that one.

P1, I don’t want him back either but they asked me down at the local watering hole if I could do something to get him to go home for a change.

P2, Really? It seems like your team is playing better now that they don’t have the pressure of carrying the hopes of the entire community on their backs.

P3, PP, think about it. Your pal Pirate Boy won’t have a job unless Marty does.

I don’t see that whether Paloma is ok with him coming back has anything to do with it. He spewed whatever bigoted and petty stuff came into his head. His bosses never did anything about it until he swore on the air, and then the suspension was due to the swearing, not the bigoted crap.

P2 Gil is whispering into his cup cuz he really doesn’t mean what he is saying. Milford and WDIG should move on from Marty, not only does he have a drinking problem, but there are likely some other ghosts in his closet. I think he abused the station’s receptionist, but I am not sure! P3 Marty’s future is partially in the hands of a teeny bopper, seriously.

Why, exactly, is Marty Moon required for the games to be on the radio?

GilPa needs Marty as much as Moonpie needs Thorp. Even with Doyle Dane’s marketing assistance, Duncan Levin’s amusing ruse is over, has no chance and died on the vine. Meanwhile, Paul Strange is doing daily farm reports on WMFD.

What’s the phone number to WDIG? I’m going to flood the station’s one telephone line with calls to bring back Marty Moon.

If this doesn’t finally circle back to the initial one-off comment that the girl’s games aren’t on the radio, I’m going to be really annoyed.

I’ve never seen Gil carry a clipboard or is that an I pad? Nah!

All this sturm and drang to get right back where we started.

Maybe Gil uses the fact that games are on the radio to recruit the star players who routinely transfer to Milford.
