P1- It’s perfectly clear now. Kaz is a vocational school teacher. Andre Ruffin and Joe Bolek co-op at the Milford Road Dept. patching and tarring roads.
This reminds me the Andy Griffith show episode where the guy came to Mayberry and knew everything about everybody and no one in town had a clue who he was. Barney thought he was some kind of a spy.
Dang, you figured it out again—a problem with the parents! But what exactly will be the problem this time? Oh and we were thinking maybe the film kid could solve the mystery by planting a camera in Tiki’s fuzzy dice, but isn’t a better example for all the kids out there reading the strip to ask an adult to help with the problem?

Poor guy (as we will all find out). He was sold on the football program of a State Champion and he ends up with the 2018 Mudlarks.

He lives in his car with his sister; sister is called slow because that’s how she drives when it’s her turn

We know the parents are missing or incompetent, just a matter of why. Have we had deployed military parent recently?

P3: Kaz’s thought balloon – “not live in Milford….that’s a great idea”

It’s weird because an answer can’t be found simply by staring at a phone screen. It’s disturbing. It must be hunted down and eliminated.

Kaz has a certain Johnny Cash quality about him. No wonder he is so adept at walking the line.
