Not so farfetched. Chickens and turkeys have been bred to have big breasts, and of course many crop species have been genetically modified for convenience of shipping and display, e.g. tomatoes.

They just keep messing with stuff. I doubt there’s a really natural food anywhere out there that hasn’t been altered to some convenient form.

They also make water melons in the shape of a cube for easier packing

Slice the tuna lengthwise to put it on a submarine sandwich. ;-)

Canned tuna has a funny shaped piece of tuna and more water than tuna. I buy tuna in foil pouches packed with no water and they don’t require a can opener..

I understand that some agriculture folks are trying to get square eggs from chickens, but the chickens will not cooperate.

Humans have been tinkering with plants and animals for millennia. Anyone out there eat corn, or own a bulldog?
