Worried about the steroid use.

Dude, I’m 37, unmarried and no kids. Even I know I got time. Kids are a MAJOR responsibility. They’re not trophies to brag about your married life.

Take a couple of years to be a couple. It takes time to work out all the compromises. Plan how to raise your children before they arrive.

Marcus has time. He’s still relatively young and in great health. But they shouldn’t wait too long. Nobody wants to be chasing around teenagers in their 60’s.

Easy talk for him, he’ll be expecting Nicole to do all the work, including putting her body through twelve pregnancies. And you can bet he’ll be “too busy” with his football team to be around much to help.

Marcus’ attitude of “I want twelve kids and you’re going to give them to me” as if Nicole has no choice in the matter is a bit unsettling. He seems to see her as little more than a baby factory.

I was under the impression that she is a college intern in early 20s. He just retired and wants her to start squirting out kids on his mid thirties schedule. Looks like marriage is becoming a surprise for both of them.

Marcus…it’s one thing to want kids; it’s an entirely different thing to be responsible for them! Are you ready for that?

Marcus wants to have the same parental role that you have, Joe. He ain’t gonna be around forever, so he needs to have at least one descendant before it’s too late.

Though “biological clock” usually refers to fertility, I could see it being applied to basic physical ability: a younger, fitter man (or woman) is more able to look after – and enjoy – a lot of children than an older one is.
