I had an idea to show someone looking at a painting of a boat on the water that was hung slightly crooked. He’d straighten it, whereupon all the water would spill out the side of the frame.
Just couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d already seen the gag done. Probably by Ernie Kovacs as his “Eugene” character.
