No, they’re too sneaky for that, they’ll just add an amount and call it miscellaneous services.

Some utility bills have come down. Remember when you paid for long distance telephone calling and your contract got sold to another company all the time?

Even gasoline isn’t overpriced when compared to years ago. In 1965, a gallon of gas cost 25 cents. The price of everything has gone up about 13 times since then. So that same gallon would cost $3.25 today. That’s about what my local station charges now.

It’s called a “Fuel Surcharge”, and it’s already added to your check…

Tips at the tables and those at registers are supposedly shared among the staff, but who does the actual split?

Nowadays, I run into the ‘rounding up’ button on lots of screens. Kinda tacky in a business. I like the no button for that.

The real stupidity to this whole thing is not paying people a living wage for the work they do. Tipping is a “Merican” invention that should have never been invented.

No, they won’t ask you for a tip amount; they’ll just add it to the bill

I refuse to leave a tip in a fast food restaurant that I have to order at the counter, pick up when they call my number and after finishing I take to the garbage can

There is no tip big enough for a crew resplicing broken high voltage lines after an ice storm.

Forget it! For those of you who paid your bills online. They should give you a tip for saving them money on paper.
