Got to get back to exercising. I went from 0 to 60 a few times chasing after my grandsons without warming up. Paid a little price for it. Worth the minor cramp the next day.

The best time to get sick is when you are healthy. All but one of my hospital admissions voer the past two decades were planned and the recoveries were rapid because I was otherwise healthy.

The one unplanned admission was a “cardiac event.” It was an event and NOT a heart attack because there was absolutely zero muscle damage to my heart. It is in perfect mechanical condition. They slapped in a pacemaker / defibrillator and I have resumed life with NO restrictions.

Again, there was no damage (and I even maintained consciousness throughout the entire event) because I was otherwise healthy. In a way, I had been in training for the event for 40 years.

Is there a common phrase “Exercise [something]” that this is joking on?

If she were considering stationary cycling she would be “bike-curious”.
