I used to prefer vegetable medley, but now we have AC.

When they say “Enjoy them while they’re young “, they’re not referring to your kids, rather your knees and hips.

When I had my knee replaced, I got a wrap that went around my leg into which three ice packs could be placed. That was a dozen years ago. I still keep it around and the packs are still in the freezer. I’ve found ways to adapt it to other body parts as well.

For many injuries and especially knee surgery recovery, ice is your friend. Frequent applications in the earlier going, cut down my dependency on the drugs.

Old remedy plus you can refreeze them or heat and eat. Winning all the way.

Frozen peas or frozen corn make good compresses for sore joints.

Knees are the biggest joints on a body so it makes sense because they’ve taken a lot of impact your whole life! Ouch!

One of the reasons I switched to grocery pickup service. It saves me from lifting many pounds of groceries from the shelf to the cart, from the cart to the checkout and from the cart to my trunk. I have everything bagged in less than 5 pound bags, so I can handle it OK when I get home. It is well worth the ten percent tip I pay.
