I feel sorry for the shark….Not much room in that tank..Enough room to turn around, or does she have to swim forward and than swim backwards? Can sharks even swim backwards?…The Great Lakes: No salt, No sharks, No worries….

Can’t wait for the Pope to visit in September, he has a little message for our corporate overlords.Greed is bad,And you will burn in heck for it.Better give back that money you stole from the rest of us.Or else!

If it is good for the Collective, it is good for you.The Collective takes from you according to your abilities. The Collective gives to you according to your needs. If you disagree with the Collective, bring a snorkel.Between the Arctic and the temperate zones there is a vast evergreen beltway.

Pope Francis was just here in my home country last week and spoke quite eloquently about capitalism and the poor. I am not a Roman Catholic, nevertheless I found his comments quite enlightening. For his thoughts on captialism, ecology, science etc. here are two recent links. :

    http://www.catholicworldreport.com/Blog/4026/francis_capitalism_and_catholic_social_teaching.aspx

    www.marketwatch.com/…/no-1-reason-popes-climate-encyclical-scares-gop…

Those articles should give you a balanced picture of his ( not necessarily the entire hierarchy of the Church ) teachings and views.

Usually the BOD is made up of major stock holders… and although the CEO Might be a major stock holder, that position is usually a contract or hireling position because many stock holders don’t know how to run a business. Sooo… if the no votes have more ‘shares’ in the company they can throw the CEO to the sharks and go buy another one.

But when I complain about Wylie’s profound, unthinking hatred of corporations, he just says it’s a joke.
