Is that Wiley?
Just Kidding!
;-D
You’ve drawn a blank then.
His magnum opus: A Cow Eating Grass
Insurance company twice denied paying for stronger eye-drops. Then sent me a letter suggesting the drops I was already on!

and…no one is allowed on the public charge excepting your betters, i.e., the rich folks.
“Eureka!” (He then paints his own profile)
Ladies and Gentlemen – The Art of Rejecting , by MedInsurance. Worth millions, i tell ya!!
“If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice…”
Eventually simply living will be classes as a pre-existing condition. After all, one has to have existed to get the condition.
You know what they call ‘pre-existing conditions’ in other countries?
Your medical record.
It’s an albino polar bear chasing a snow bunny in a blizzard.
Wonder what the anxiety level is for cartoonists with daily strips???? In any case, good going, Wiley!
One friend writes mysteries, in 20 years she’s never sold one. I think she just writes for fun.
I often take my Creative Block for a walk around-the-block.
It’s amazing how my creative block usually disappears three hours before deadline.
The blank canvas would seem to be in keeping with Wiley’s consistently featureless paintings in the background of many of his panels. Perhaps this is the “artist” who “paints” them??
The art of the deal.
I thought Obamacare got rid of the pre-existing condition exclusion.
And another one from the State Unemployment office. Hunh, same letter.
Still better to keep working till it starts up again.
Sounds like he’s known to the authorities. Probably tried it on before.
I can’t think of anything to write!
When in doubt, sign a blank canvas, add a fancy-schmantzy title and sell it for mucho dinero!
