Yay! Topeka Capital-Journal dumped For Better or Worse re-runs this week and added Pearls to its comics page.

The only thing rat needs to worry about is his beer, because it wont be his much longer

Andy Capp is way down at he bottom of my page and Pearls is near the top…

From here, he’d probably fall right into today’s Ballard Street and cause even more havoc than what there already is.

On the ArcaMax site, where I preview PBS before seeing it here and commenting, Rat in his drunken stupor is on the wrong side of the strip to jump to Andy Capp’s head—there, AC’s head appears just below the left side of Pearls… in their list of comic-icons…. Sober up, you disgraceful, disoriented rodent!

Don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it.

I guess I have a strange sense of humor. I like today’s strip and laughed. That’s extremely rare. Also, rat is not unlikeable in today’s strip! That’s almost as rare.

In my email comics Andy Capp is at top and Pearls is much lower. This gag seems to have been written with great confidence that strips are always stacked in a prescribed order!

The best stories start with “Hold my beer and watch this.”

Our local paper does not carry “Andy Capp”, and PBS is located at the lower right-hand corner of the comics page. Rat would land in the reader’s lap.

Being drunk sounds just like being a republican.

On my page he’s right in front of him so the stupid rat is going the wrong way. Yep, he’s drunk alright.

Funny for me because Andy Capp is the next comic on my Go Comics list. Works perfectly.

This is a variation on the well known quote “often in error but never in doubt”.

I like the earlier version of the site. The commenters were all there to enjoy. Sometimes they’re even better than the strip.

He’s gonna land on Dilbert for me. That worker’s bushy head makes a soft cushion.

If you buy The Star-Ledger, you realize that he’d land in Phoebe and her Unicorn. Not a bad place for a drunk mouse to land. Comedy-wise, that is. Not a bad place….
